Submissions are received electronically through Cortex, the official submission and review platform for CICTi 2027.
Submission of a paper assumes that at least one author will register for the congress and present the accepted paper or poster. The full registration/publication fee must be paid for each accepted article.
Please use the Microsoft Word template or LaTeX template to prepare your manuscript. See Preparing Manuscripts in LaTeX for further details.
Full papers may be uploaded from October 1, 2026 through February 15, 2027.
The recommended length for a full paper is up to 8-10 pages, following the MDPI Proceedings format. Authors should use the space needed to clearly present their methodology, results, and conclusions. For longer papers, contact the organizers in advance.
The review process is double-blind: submitted papers must not include authors' names, affiliations, or information that could reveal their identity. This information will be restored in the camera-ready version upon acceptance. When citing previous work, avoid wording that reveals authorship.
Accepted full papers will be published in MDPI Proceedings.
